Chai'rish Coffee

This seasonal riff on a classic Irish Coffee delivers all the warming, comforting flavors of the original, but with an indulgent dose of chai spice complexity. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Chai Spice Tea Syrup
• 4 oz hot coffee
• 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
• whipped cream and cinnamon garnish

Instructions:

• Add chai tea syrup and Irish whiskey in the bottom of a coffee mug
• Top with hot coffee, then stir to combine
• Gently dollop whipped cream over the top of the drink, then dust with grated cinnamon
