A beautiful fruity and fizzy cocktail perfect for any celebratory occasion! Made by our friend @anushu802

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Gin
• 3 oz champagne
• ¾ oz lemon juice 

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients minus champagne to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe and top with champagne
