IPA-mazing

Probably the best beer cocktail we've ever tried. We've taken Dave Nurmi's recipe from Porchlight in NYC and adapted it into something easy to pull off at home. Extraordinarily delicious.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• ¼ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
  
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ¼ oz lemon juice
• 2 dashes 10:1 salt:water saline solution
  
• 1 dash grapefruit bitters (Bittermen's Hopped Grapefruit recommended)
  
• 3 oz IPA (grab something citrusy with medium bitterness)

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except beer to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and short shake for 5 seconds
• Add beer to a highball, and strain shaken contents into glass
  
• top with ice
