Pick-me

This non-alcoholic cocktail is perfect for a sunny day. Refreshing and absolutely tasty!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Marion Blackberry Syrup
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 3-4 sprigs of thyme
• 3-4 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Strip thyme sprigs into a shaker tin and add blackberry syrup
• Gently muddle then add lemon juice
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Double strain over ice and top with club soda
