Ingredients:

• ½ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 2 ½ oz bourbon
• 5-6 mint leaves

Instructions:

• Gently muddle mint and syrup in your julep tin
  
• Add bourbon and fill with crushed ice
• Gently stir to chill and dilute, then top with more crushed ice
