Caribbean Colada

Yes we have a lot of colada riffs! We revised this recipe from Giffard. Unabashedly juicy without being generic. An ideal tropical cocktail.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
• ¼ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
  
• 1 oz light rum
  
• 1 oz aged rum
• ¾ oz Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur
  
• 1 oz orange juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice

Glass:

Garnish:

• pineapple wedge + cherry + umbrella
