Coconut + Passionfruit Mojito
The ultimate cabana cocktail. Pick a high-character light rum.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- ¼ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 2 oz light rum
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 3 oz club soda
- 5-6 leaves fresh mint
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and short shake for 5 seconds
- Fine strain into a chilled highball filled with ice and club soda
