Non-Alc Midnight Sun

Created by our friends at UT SHIFT, this non-alcoholic cocktail captures the sweetness of grapefruit and the sharp lime juice as a foundation for the earthy notes of zero-proof tequila. The muddled mint and sparkling water is refreshing and perfect for a good evening spent savoring a fruity drink.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 2 oz zero proof tequila
• 1 oz of fresh lime juice
• sparkling water
• sprig of mint
  
  

Instructions:

• Muddle mint leaves
• Add all ingredients, except sparkling water, to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a glass
• Top with sparkling water

• mint leaf
• watermelon gummy
