Yuzu Highball

A bright, citrusy highball built on Japanese whisky and Japanese Yuzu Syrup. Clean, refreshing, and wonderfully easy to drink.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Japanese whisky
• 5 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a chilled glass
• Add ice and stir to incorporate
