Yuzu Sidecar
A luxurious take on the Sidecar. Cognac and Cointreau meet Japanese Yuzu Syrup for a drink that's both elegant and approachable, with bright citrus throughout.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- 1 ½ oz cognac
- ¾ oz Cointreu
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a glass with ice
