Blanc Slate
Clement Blanc rhum meets tropical pineapple and lemon, layered with Japanese Yuzu Syrup for a clean, citrus-forward daiquiri with depth and character.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Clement Blanc Rhum
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a glass with crushed ice
