Candela
A refreshing vodka cocktail with bright grapefruit and elderflower. Japanese Yuzu Syrup adds depth and citrus complexity. Perfect for warm weather sipping.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur
- ¾ oz grapefruit juice
- 1 dash orange bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass with crushed ice
