Non-Alc Hot Date

Created by our friends at UT SHIFT, this drink provides a balance of heat and fruit. The crisp notes of zero-proof gin are layered with the richness of raspberry and the zesty pull of fresh lime juice. The unique flavor of hot honey introduces a subtle warmth, while the dried chile garnish adds an aromatic spice. It is refreshing with a little kick and crafted for a good evening.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• ¼ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• 2 oz zero proof gin
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• barspoon hot honey

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a glass
