Aperol e Uva

A zesty take on the iconic spritz.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
• 2 oz Aperol
• ¼ oz honeysuckle liqueur
• 3 oz dry sparkling wine
• 1 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a glass filled with ice
• Stir to combine
  

Glass:

• wine glass

Garnish:

• grapefruit wedge
