Non-Alc Autumn Fizz

There’s a reason apple is the star of autumn, it’s sweet and pairs beautifully with a range of spirits. This non alcoholic recipe is bursting with autumnal flavor! Made by our friend  @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 2 oz gin alternative
• ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 oz sparkling cider

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except sparkling cider, to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a glass and top with sparkling cider
