Call Me Before The Storm
A dangerously crushable rum punch where dual rums and aged sherry create depth without heaviness. Madagascar vanilla and tropical pineapple make it approachable, while lime and aromatic bitters ensure you'll want another.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Caribbean blended rum
- ½ oz overproof Jamaican rum
- ½ oz East India Solera sherry
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 4 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Double strain over crushed ice
