Elderflower Club
A refreshing sour, playing on the fruity and flower combination of elderflower liquor and raspberries.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz vodka
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
