This is the purest raspberry syrup on the market.
Its impeccable flavor results from the fruit being harvested only once fully ripened on the vine. Within hours these Washington state berries are cleaned, cooled and crushed to retain their concentrated sweet-tart flavor. Our goal with this Raspberry Gum Syrup is to maintain the quality of the raw produce while adding pure cane sugar and all-natural gum arabic for richness.

Whatcom's fertile volcanic soils produce 88% of the nation's raspberries - about 69 million pounds a year. This tight-knit community of family farms harvest and haul many of their ripe berries straight to a nearby Co-op, ensuring the freshest product possible.
If you want genuine, best tasting syrups for whatever the need: drinks, over ice cream, and more, Liber & Co is the place to get these! We've shared with friends and even they are greatly impressed!
The syrup made a great cocktail. Even had two more recipes on the bottle.
Really love the Raspberry Gum Syrup. It is nice and refreshing, I especially love using it in a Clover Club.
It was crowd pleasure ~
I use the Raspberry Gun Syrup for mocktails (not that it wouldn’t be great in in a Peach Melba Old-Fashioned) b/c we are, regrettably, alcohol-free in our house now. Anyway, when peaches are in season, I muddle a couple of peach slices in 1 1/2 oz. of Raspberry Gum Syrup, top it off with peach-flavored sparkling water, and garnish with a squeeze of lemon. It’s a fantastic, refreshing beverage. I would give it five stars, but it’s just one star short of being definitively raspberry. As it is, it’s a really nice, nondescript-berry flavor.
