I'm really a fan of the raspberry gum syrup, both by itself and in conjunction with the pineapple gum syrup. My favorite recipes using both syrups is the NY Brandy Punch. With just the raspberry syrup I really like the Licky Boom Boom (though that also has pineapple flavor with the juice).
