Feeling without Touching Paloma

Orgeat is a lovely accent to bitter citrus flavors. Cure in New Orleans took this drink to another level with a smidgen of arak alongside the expected tequila. This was a bestseller for the bar.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• ¼ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 1 oz tequila
• ½ oz Campari
  
• ¼ oz arak (Kafroun preferred)
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 1 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with two swathes of lemon peel
  
• Shake without ice for 5 seconds and strain into a highball filled with crushed ice
