Fig Nog

Caramelized Fig Syrup and classic eggnog are match made in holiday heaven. It'll be a hit at your party this year! 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
  
• 2 oz brandy
• ¾ oz half and half 
• 1 egg

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake
• Then add ice and shake until cold
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass

Garnish:

• Freshly grated nutmeg
