This bold tiki cocktail is not for the faint of heart! Rum and absinthe pair beautifully with the delicious tropical flavors of passionfruit, coconut, and lime. As the creator said, “This one’s a bit dangerous. Tropical, fruity, refreshing and a heavy dose of absinthe to add some welcomed complexity.”
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- ¼ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 oz rum
- 1 oz aged rum
- ½ oz absinthe
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- float of Jamaican overproof rum
Instructions:
- All all minus overproof rum to a shaker with ice
- Shake for 10 seconds and strain over ice
- Float overproof rum and garnish
