Jamaican Fever Dream

This Hurricane-style cocktail features a foundation of Jamaican rum, Tropical Passionfruit, and Fiery Ginger for a Caribbean-inspired powerhouse of flavor. Accented with fresh citrus and a touch of baking spice, it’s as complex as it is refreshing!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
• 2 oz Jamaican rum
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• barspoon Allspice Dram
• 3-4 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except bitters to a shaker tin with ice
• Shake for 10 seconds and pour full contents into a hurricane glass
• Top with crushed ice and bitters
