Mango Julep

This is a Mint Julep with more sweetness up front: aged rum swaps in for bourbon, and mango syrup takes the place of simple syrup, so the fruit's tropical flavor sits right alongside the mint's snap.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Alphonso Mango Syrup
• 2 ½ oz aged rum
• 8-10 mint leaves

Instructions:

• Muddle mint in Alphonso Mango Syrup in a julep tin
• Add rum and crushed ice
• Swizzle until frosted
