This one comes from Daniel 'Doc' Parks at Zombie Village, and it earns its name honestly. Lightly aged rum, unaged agricole rhum, and pisco each bring a different world into the glass: Caribbean funk, grassy cane, and bright grape brandy, and none of them dominates.

Ingredients:

    • ½ oz Alphonso Mango Syrup
    • 1 oz lightly aged rum
    • 1 oz unaged agricole rhum
    • 1 oz pisco
    • ¼ oz falernum
    • 1 oz pineapple juice
    • ¾ oz fresh lime juice

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
    • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
    • Strain into a chilled glass over crushed ice
