A bold rum cocktail that combines rich, molasses-forward black rum with crisp apple brandy and bright lemon juice. Warming cinnamon and deep demerara sweetness create a complex, tropical-meets-orchard flavor profile with a satisfying balance of tart and sweet.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Cinnamon Syrup
• ¼ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz black rum
• ½ oz apple brandy
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass
