Non-Alc My Bloody Valentine

Created by our friends at UT SHIFT, this vibrant composition offers a spirited drink without the proof. The brightness of blood orange rich sweetness of grenadine, creating a deep crimson base for the zero-proof tequila. Topped with the sharp ginger beer, the result is a bold and refreshing highball delivering all the complexity of a classic craft cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Blood Orange Cordial
• ½ oz Real Grenadine
• 1 ½ - 2 oz zero proof tequila
• ginger beer

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except ginger beer, to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a glass
• Top with ginger beer
