Non-Alc Strawberry Sour
The color and flavor of strawberries is absolutely lovely. The combo of whisky and strawberries is delicious, a little sweet with a hint of caramel and oak. A perfectly sexy Zero Proof cocktail for everyone! Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 oz non-alcoholic whiskey (Spiritless recommended)
- 4-6 diced strawberries
- 3 lemon wedges
- club soda
Instructions:
- Muddle Demerara Syrup and strawberries in a cocktail shaker
- Add lemon wedges and gently muddle
- Add whiskey and ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a rocks glass over ice and top with club soda
