Philadelphia Fish House Punch
This is a single serving of the delicious Philadelphia Fish House Punch. Peach, cognac, and high character Jamaican rum do the heavy lifting here.
Ingredients:

½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 1 oz light Jamaican rum
- ¾ oz cognac
- ½ blackstrap rum

½ oz crème de pêche
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain int a chilled coupe with a large format ice cube
- Garnish with grated nutmeg
