This recipe makes three servings of a beautifully clarified, carbonated Don's Caribbean Punch. Orgeat, grenadine, rum, and root beer liqueur create a rich tropical base, enhanced by Angostura bitters and a hint of saline for perfect balance. It’s a stunning, smooth cocktail with layers of complexity, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • ¾ oz Real Grenadine
  • 3 oz Puerto Rican rum
  • 3 oz Jamaican rum
  • 3 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 ½ oz root beer liqueur
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 15 drops Bittermens Tiki Bitters
  • 15 drops 20% Saline solution
  • 3 ½ oz milk

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients, except milk, in a vessel
  • Add cocktail mixture to 3 ½ oz of milk
  • Strain 2 times through a paper towel-lined strainer (do not change out paper towels)
  • Top each serving with 1-2 oz club soda
