Konkan Cure

Konkan is the coastal region in India where Alphonso mangoes actually grow, and this one leans all the way into that origin: dark rum and pineapple juice keep it tropical, toasted coconut rounds out the richness, and lime cuts through the sweetness with acid.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Alphonso Mango Syrup
• ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
• 2 oz dark rum
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz fresh lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass with crushed ice
