The sideways engineer

Watermelon and ginger are a match made in heaven! These pairings result in an incredibly refreshing and delicious cocktail. Made by our friend @theresidentmixologist

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
  
• 2 oz tequila blanco
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz sparkling watermelon juice
• 3-4 sprigs of cilantro

Instructions:

• Muddle cilantro and lime juice in a shaker
  
• Add tequila, ginger syrup, and ice
• Shake for 10 seconds and strain into glass
• Top with sparkling watermelon juice

Glass:

• rocks

Garnish:

• cilantro and watermelon
