Tiger's Claw
Created by Erick Castro at Gilly's House of Cocktails in San Diego, this complex reposado tequila cocktail combines tropical pineapple with rich coffee liqueur and bright lime. Warming cinnamon syrup and orange bitters add depth to this sophisticated drink that balances sweet, tart, and spice elements.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 oz reposado tequila
- ½ oz coffee liqueur
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Pour all contents into a glass
