Washington's Mule


An autumnal and all-American version of the Moscow Mule.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 2 oz apple brandy
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 3 dashes aromatic bitters
  • soda water

Instructions:

  • Combine syrup, brandy, lime juice, and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker for a short shake. 
  • Strain over ice into a highball glass.
  • Top with soda water and stir. 

Glass:

  • highball

Garnish:

  • Lime wedge
