Roll Tango

Roll Tango is essentially a margarita blueprint with traditional ingredients swapped for much more exploratory and complex options.  A perfect cocktail for the adventurous type!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz mezcal
• ½ oz fernet
• ½ oz lime
• dash of salt
  
• dash of pepper
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain over ice into a chilled rocks glass

Glass:

• rocks
  

Garnish:

• lime wedge
