Grapefruit and cinnamon make an unlikely but excellent pair here: the cordial's tart citrus cuts right through the syrup's warm spice. Gin lends a dry, botanical backbone, blanc vermouth blends the two flavors together, and lemon juice's acidity balances the sweetness.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Cinnamon Syrup
• ½ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 2 oz gin
• ¼ oz blanc vermouth
• ½ oz lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain and garnish with an expressed lemon peel
