Juno's Slip

This cocktail pays homage to the queen of the Roman pantheon, pairing the botanical structure of gin with the bright sweetness of grapefruit. The addition of Lillet Blanc introduces a floral, honeyed character that softens the sharp lemon acidity. It’s a refined, citrus-forward drink that captures the elegance and radiance of an orchard in spring bloom.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz Lillet Blanc
• ½ of fresh lemon juice
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain in a coupe glass

• 2-3 basil leaves
