A tasty cocktail showcasing the rich flavor profile of cinnamon in tiki.

Ingredients:

    • ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
    • 2 oz Jamaican rum
    • ½ oz Aperol
    • 1 oz pineapple juice
    • ¾ oz fresh lime juice

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
    • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
    • Strain into a chilled glass with ice
