Queens Park Swizzle


For when you're thinking about a mojito, but want something a bit more interesting.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz demerera rum
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 4-6 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 5-8 mint leaves

Instructions:

  • Muddle mint and syrup in a highball glass
  • Add rum, lime and fill with crushed ice
  • Swizzle for 15 seconds to chill
  • Refill with crushed ice and add bitters

Glass:

  • highball

Garnish:

  • Mint sprig
