Rum Old Fashioned

Pick a good quality aged rum - something with hefty vanilla and spice notes.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz aged rum
  
• 2 dashed aromatic bitters
  
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients a mixing glass filled with ice
  
• Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice

Glass:

• rocks

Garnish:

• orange twist
