This indulgent tiki cocktail combines the power of overproof Jamaican and rich demerara rums with tropical complexity. Cinnamon and almond orgeat syrups provide sweet spice and nutty richness, while dry curaçao, fresh lime juice, and tiki bitters create layers of citrus and exotic spice in this dangerously smooth sipper.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz overproof Jamaican rum
- 1 oz demerara rum
- ½ oz dry curacao
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 dropper tiki bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass
