The Miami Vice Cocktail
The Miami Vice cocktail has been described as a mashup of two of the greatest frozen cocktails: The Piña Colada, and the Strawberry Daiquiri. Beach bod and a pastel outfit not required. Watch our video for a version with crushed ice.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 ¼ oz pineapple juice
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 1-2 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients with a cup of ice to a blender and blend on high for 15 seconds
- Pour into hurricane glass and garnish with sliced strawberry
