The Risk Pool


A modern riff on the Aviation from the cocktail innovators at Death & Co.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz Gin
  • ¼ oz Creme de Violette
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz grapefruit juice 

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled coupe

Glass:

  • Coupe

Garnish:

  • Fresh violets or grapefruit peel
