Yuzu 75
A riff on the classic 75, this sparkling cocktail pairs gin with Japanese Yuzu Syrup and fresh lemon, finished with champagne for a crisp, celebratory drink.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- champagne
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except champagne, to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a glass
- Top with champagne
