Triumvirate Punch

This cocktail recipe was created by Martin Cate and is found in his seminal book, Smuggler's Cove. Familiar tropical ingredients like rum, lime juice, and passionfruit syrup are front and center, but the addition of the Central American berry, allspice, takes this punch to another level.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• ¼ oz honey syrup (2:1 honey:water)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• barspoon Allspice Dram

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice
• Garnish with a mint sprig
