
Tropic Velvet
Mango and coconut are an underrated combo, but not in this cocktail! Lush and full of flavor, this tropical delight will keep you coming back for more. This cocktail was a finalist in our 2025 Liber Games.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 2 oz Demerara Rum
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz fresh mango puree
- 1 oz coconut milk
- ¼ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
Instructions:
- Add rum, ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup, lime juice, and mango puree in a shaker with ice
- Shake until chilled and strain over fresh ice
- Lightly froth coconut milk and ¼ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup and pour over the cocktail
- Garnish with fresh mint and mango
