Whitewalker
Created by Dan Rook at South Water Kitchen in Chicago, this tropical rum cocktail blends aged and white rums with bright pineapple and lime juices. Cinnamon syrup adds warming spice while aromatic bitters provide depth to this balanced sipper that brings Caribbean warmth to every glass.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 ½ oz aged rum
- ½ oz white rum
- 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass and top with crushed ice
