Our Favorite Valentine's Day Cocktails for 2022

by 2 min read

If you're anything like us, Valentine's Day sneaks up on you. We came up with 3 cocktails that are incredibly simple to make and will have you looking like a pro.

❶ Passion & fire

A margarita-like cocktail that leaves you with sweet, spice, and everything nice! Tequila and lime taste even better alongside the sweetness of our passionfruit syrup and the kick from our fiery ginger syrup. Another great way to spice up your Valentine's Day.

Old Fashioned Romance

    RECIPE

    INSTRUCTIONS

    • Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice
    • Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, until the shaker tin is ice cold
    • Strain into a glass with ice, and garnish with a Tajin rim and lime wedge

    ❷ pink 75

Colorize the classic French 75 with the brilliant pink-red of our pomegranate grenadine. Dating back to WWI, the French 75 was made in 1915 at the New York Bar in Paris by barman Harry MacElhone. The French 75 received its name after the french 75-millimeter light field gun used during WWI. Our addition of Real Grenadine gives this classic cocktail a sweet touch, making it the perfect Valentine's drink.

    RecipE

    • ½ Real Grenadine
    • 1 oz gin
    • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
    • 2-3 oz sparkling white wine

    Instructions

    • Combine Real Grenadine, gin, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice
    • Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds to mix and chill (don't shake for more than 10 seconds to avoid excess dilution)
    • Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine

    ❸ elderflower club

The Elderflower Club incorporates the highly-loved combination of Elderflower and raspberries. This cocktail leaves a refreshingly sour, sweet, floral, and fruity finish. Easy to make and hard not to love. You can't go wrong with this one on Valentine's Day.

    Recipe

    • ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
    • 1 ½ oz vodka
    • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
    • ½ oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germain for example)

    Instructions

    • Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
    • Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds, until the shaker tin is ice cold.
    • Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with fresh raspberries (optional)
