Delicious

The syrup is potent and a little goes a long way. I usually used half of what was recommended in the recipes. I used it mainly with tequila and gin. The texture is thick and improves the mouth feel of the cocktails. Will be buying again.

We really love the passionfruit. I originally started out with the smaller bottle. We use it on pancakes, yogurt, and cocktails. It is so delicious. I upsized to the large bottle, hoping it’ll last a little longer.

A mandatory syrup for every tiki bar

I use Liber's delicious Tropical Passionfruit Syrup in many of my favorite tiki cocktails, including the Demerara Dry Float and the wonderful Lost Lake. The syrup is rich and flavorful without being too sweet.
