Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
The perfect peach syrup starts with the world's best peaches. Washington's Yakima Valley is famous for its small family orchards which are celebrated for yielding the nation's best tasting peaches. Starting with a base of raw juice ensures that the superior flavor and aroma of the Yakima peach shines in this syrup.
Peach’s unmistakable flavor makes it incredibly useful in cocktails. You can expect a floral, honey-like sweetness with a hint of tanginess, reminiscent of biting into a perfectly ripe peach. Start with a Bellini before exploring its versatility.

Perfect To Pair With Peach
Strong taste coming through; tried a few other syrups before this one found the mark!
This syrup elevates the delicious peach martini that is made with peach vodka, peach schnapps, fresh lemon juice, peach nectar and a bit of Liiber and Co Yakima Valley peach syrup!
Been buying from Liber & Co for awhile now. They are the only syrups I use. Delicous, well-balanced, high quality, and plenty of flavor. I recently restocked the peach syrup along with a few others in preparation for some summertime cocktails. These syrups take your cocktails to the next level!
I’m not saying this Yakima Valley Peach Syrup turned me into a world-class bartender… but my friends have stopped asking what I’m making and just started saying “I’ll take whatever you’re having.”
This stuff is dangerously good. It took my average, “that’ll do” cocktails and upgraded them to “hold on, who made this?!” level. I’ve been mixing it into everything—bourbon, vodka, even a lazy iced tea—and somehow it just works every time.
Perfect balance of sweet and peachy without tasting fake or over the top. Honestly, the hardest part now is pretending I know what I’m doing when people ask for the recipe.
10/10 — will absolutely keep this stocked… for “guests,” of course.
Perfect syrup for an old fashioned or to replace simple syrup in a whiskey sour or any whiskey cocktail
