A tropical delight! Our Pineapple Gum Syrup is ready to take your tiki cocktails to new heights. We really let the fresh fruit do the talking here: fully 60% of the syrup is the juice from ripe, cold-pressed pineapples. All-natural gum arabic gives the syrup a unique richness and viscosity.

Sweet Pineapple Syrup

This syrup is great. I used it to make the Honey Musk drink on this site and it was an outstanding drink. I have also used it in our 'house drink' which is the juice of 1 orange, 1 lime, 4oz Rum, 1 oz syrup, and some bitters. I will definitely purchase more of this!

This syrup makes the best Jungle bird! I even modified the recipe on the bottle too. I also used it to make a quick pinacolada that was amazing .

Versatile syrup

I have found this to be one of the most versatile syrups from Liber and Co.
I use in most of my tiki drinks, but I have used in place of regular simple syrup in many drinks and found it adds a lot of interesting flavor without added sweetness. It is also very convenient to add a pineapple favor without always needing fresh pineapple juice.
